I can’t find the book I’m looking for. What should I do?+

Do you have a physical store location where I can view or purchase art books?+

Yes! Come and visit our brick and mortar store which is located in Melbourne at 43–47 Simpson Street, Northcote (Just by Dennis train station).

We are open Tuesday and Friday from 9am–5pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?+

Online and instore we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay & more.

We do not accept cash sales in store.

Do you offer international shipping?+

Yes. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
All associated customs fees and taxes will be paid by the buyer.

What kind of packaging does the store use in their shipping service?+

We endeavour to use recycled and locally manufactured packaging materials where possible, with a view to sustainable practices.

How long will it take to receive my order?+

Please understand that our postal times may vary depending on the volume of orders - Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped within the Australia Post network – If required, Express Post options are available at checkout. 

Can I track my order once it's been shipped?+

Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been lodged with the postal service.

Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?+

Please note that refunds for change of mind are not available. However, if you wish to return an item for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date, it must be in as-new condition, which means: sealed, un-opened and without dents/marks/scuffs. Should the item require return shipment to the Bookstore, the customer must cover shipping expenses and ensure safe return packaging to prevent damage during transit.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?+

Please email bookstore@artguide.com.au and we'll take this into consideration to help find a solution for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?+

Yes! All online purchases are wrapped in bespoke bookstore tissue paper, and we are able to offer gift wrapping in store.
